Maintains persistent surveillance on 1,400+ tracked executives, refreshing the entire universe on a weekly cycle to detect career movements as they happen. The agent monitors for six distinct change types: Promotion, New Role, Ended Role, Board Appointment, Board Change, and Board Departure. A 7-day detection window ensures that no movement goes stale before it is captured and classified. AI classification distinguishes genuine career changes from minor profile edits such as headline tweaks or skill additions, eliminating false positives that would otherwise waste consultant attention. Beyond detecting the current move, historical trajectory tracking preserves the full career arc of each executive, giving context to every transition. Each detected change is automatically matched to the relevant Managing Director based on coverage assignments, so the right consultant is notified without manual triage. Classified movements flow directly into the BD Radar briefing cycle, enabling timely outreach at the exact moment a contact is newly promoted, has joined a target company, or has taken a board seat. The result is a continuously updated map of executive career intelligence across the entire tracked universe.

Refresh current professional data for every tracked executive: title, company, location, and full experience history.

Compare scraped data against stored records. Title, company, and location fields are diffed to identify any movement since the last run.

AI change classification
AI classification categorizes each detected change into 6 types within the 7-day detection window: Promotion, Started New Role, Ended Role, Started Board Role, Changed Board Role, or Ended Board Role.

Write change records with classification, previous and new data, and BD Radar flag. MDP-matched changes appear in the next briefing cycle.
